My stay at the hotel was lovely, with clean rooms equipped with spa tubs as advertised. It was the perfect setting for a romantic Valentines Day evening to start our vacation. The service was pleasant and the breakfast delicious, although not overly friendly. The location was charming with mountain views and convenient access to downtown W Jefferson for dining and shopping. The dining experience offered a variety of delicious foods, but lacked a wow factor. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a great overall experience with some minor drawbacks.

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were not only very clean and quiet but also had the added luxury of spa tubs and comfortable queen beds.
